Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Building Integration Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and supporting high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products to clients and partners. This involves collaborating on project implementations, communicating timelines and milestones, and ensuring analytics fulfills its role in a timely manner at a high level of quality.

  • Deploying Data Collection Services and organizing data for Digital Building Engineers.
  • Troubleshooting Diagnostics for automated fault detection on customer's HVAC equipment.
  • Reviewing findings and validating results reported by the software.
  • Providing training and support to customers and partners on Data Transfer Service, data connectivity, and networking issues.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field, with experience in building systems or significant field experience in controls or services companies serving the buildings industry. They should also have basic networking knowledge and be able to learn technical solutions quickly. Excellent communication skills are essential for conveying technical information effectively to customers.
