Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative who will play a key role in driving our expansion efforts. As the front face of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and setting appointments that lead to meaningful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new leads and business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team with potential clients needing security services
- Conduct B2B outreach to businesses throughout California that could benefit from security solutions
- Follow established company processes and standards for lead generation and client engagement
- Collaborate with business development managers and team members to optimize results
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in CRM systems
- Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or appointment setting roles
- Strong track record of generating leads and setting qualified appointments
- Excellent communication skills for professional client outreach and relationship building
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and business development tools
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- This is a full-time, remote position
- Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break
