**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal sales performance
  • Conduct regular product training sessions to ensure sales personnel are knowledgeable about new products
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall targets

**Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in leadership or management roles
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff and customers
