Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud platforms, scripting, and IT ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants
  • Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments
  • Use RMM and ticketing tools to monitor and resolve incidents
  • Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization
  • Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs
  • Communicate effectively via Teams and maintain high service standards
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues
  • Hands-on experience with RMM and ticketing systems
  • Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or others)
  • Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks
  • Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage tasks independently
