Sales Strategy Director

The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive channel business strategy. This individual will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a channel sales strategy that focuses on awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Build and manage partner relationships to drive business growth.
- Establish processes for selecting, managing, and evaluating channel partners.
- Ensure partner success in delivering and implementing products and solutions.
- Define partner-specific business plans with quantifiable goals.
- Drive pipeline acceleration and ensure partners conduct business according to set standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Channel Sales Manager in the secure gateway space.
- Proven track record of building successful channel partner programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with team consensus and deliverable driving abilities.
- Consistent over-quota performance and top-tier company ranking.
