We are seeking a skilled media professional to edit real estate video presentations using Final Cut Pro. The ideal candidate will have experience combining ground footage, drone shots, and music to highlight property features with a cinematic edge.

  • Edit videos that showcase architectural features, interior lighting, and exterior landscaping in a visually appealing manner.
  • Structure video narratives that align with brand guidelines and listing goals.
  • Complete one full video within a shift; deliver a second video from that batch the next day.
  • Organize and sync raw media from multiple camera sources (drone and ground), ensuring color consistency, clean transitions, and audio clarity.
  • Work closely with producers to implement feedback quickly and accurately.
  • Export and optimize videos for MLS platforms, YouTube, and Instagram, tailoring resolutions and formats for various marketing channels.
Requirements
  • Mastery of Final Cut Pro X, including multi-cam workflows, transitions, stabilization, and color grading.
  • Proven experience editing videos for real estate listings, including familiarity with drone integration and walkthrough formats.
  • Strong design sense, especially in showcasing architectural features and interior lighting.
  • Ability to manage high-volume content with fast turnaround while maintaining consistent visual quality.
  • Comfortable receiving and executing on client feedback, with strong written communication for remote collaboration.
