- Bachelor's degreein any field (Business or BS Real Estate Management is a plus).
- Accredited Salesperson or Licensed Real Estate Broker.
- Proven track recordinReal Estate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skillsto inspire and drive teams.
- 4+ years of experience leading sales teams, with expertise in:
- Recruiting, training, and coachingtop-tier sales professionals.
