Our Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a talented individual to join our diverse team as a Collections Specialist.

This key member will be responsible for taking on challenges and turning their ideas into reality.

Your Role

You will contact clients to collect outstanding payments, communicating professionally and maintaining trustful relationships while ensuring timely payments.

About You
  • At least 9 months of experience in BPO - Collections, specifically working with international accounts is required.
  • You must be capable of using dialers and have proven account management skills.
  • You are expected to be familiar with collection laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as good customer service orientation are essential.
Requirements
  • A Windows 11 OS installed is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2.0 GHz processor (Intel Core i3, i5, i7, or dual-core processor) is necessary.
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM is required.
  • At least 80 GB hard drive space or 20 GB free space available is needed.
  • One available USB port and a USB headset with noise-canceling feature are required.
  • Internet access via cable or fiber only, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is necessary.
