Job Opportunity: Elevator and Escalator Industry Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through effective learning and development strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with stakeholders to identify development needs and create tailored solutions
  • Deploy annual training plans for technical and non-technical competence development
  • Ensure relevant learning offerings and operational excellence across the region
  • Implement global L&D concepts locally
  • Run apprentice programs and deliver selected trainings
  • Coordinate subcontractor trainings and manage internal trainer networks
  • Monitor data accuracy and KPIs, providing improvement suggestions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with excellent project management skills
  • Average 5 years of direct L&D experience
  • Experience working in a multinational company and matrix organization
  • Excellent command of English and Tagalog
