Dental Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to fill the role of Dental Office Support Specialist.
- This is a full-time remote position that requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in dental EHR systems, and a deep understanding of HIPAA regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers. Additionally, they will maintain accurate medical records, assist with billing and coding, and manage prescription refills.
Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience in the dental healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in dental EHR and EMR systems.
- Strong customer service and critical thinking skills.
