Pricing Associate - Temp Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Pricing Associate to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales force by ensuring that all requests for price exceptions and sales support concerns are handled efficiently and effectively.

About the Role:

">
  • You will be responsible for monitoring mailboxes and completing price exceptions requests and other sales support concerns within defined processes and SLAs.">
  • You will work closely with our Commercial Manager and higher management to escalate exceptions as needed.">
  • You will use CRM systems to send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions.">
  • You will communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.">
  • You will coordinate feedback from centre teams to gain understanding of local market conditions for consideration.">
  • You will understand key team processes & systems, as well as business expectations.">
  • You will be able to support a 24/6 operation and be flexible to change shift as needed.

Key Criteria:

">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance or related qualification.">
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract, data or commercial administrator.">
  • Must be amenable to Fixed term Employment - 3 Months.">
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.">
  • Able to prioritize, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.">
  • Flexible, multitask and show initiative.">
  • Be a strong and independent team player.">
  • Professional English speaking and writing skills.">
  • Full time physical attendance is an essential function of the job.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiar with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).">
  • Intermediate MS Excel.">
  • Familiar with Contract software and/or CRM systems.
