Contract Management – Price Resolution Analyst (24)

Contracting is responsible for the development and execution of contract strategy and execution for customers within JJMT Customer Solutions. Contracting includes the development and delivery of Offer Development (single point of contact, rapid response hub for developing contracts), Contract Management (Contract executing, loading, and tracking compliance) and CPC governance (rules and processes for approving deal exceptions). The Contracting group works in close collaboration with the field to put together the most appropriate offering (products, pricing, solutions, and T&Cs) for the customer as possible while still supporting the objectives and strategies of the business.

The Price Resolution Analyst will work with Field Sales Organization (FSO), Contracting, Contract Inquiry Support Team (CIS), Legal and Health Care Compliance and other business partners to review and research Price Discrepancies daily. A PR Analyst will take ownership and manage a Price Discrepancy request as they are received. This includes reviewing requests for accuracy, reclassifying requests based on review, analyzing them based on contract and system information to determine if a request is approved or denied, along with communicating results, and tracking each request and its outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Pricing Resolution Analysts are responsible for conducting Price Discrepancy reviews & research.
  • Partner with Field Sales, Contract Management, Deliver Revenue, Global Services, CIS, Legal, HCC and other business partners to research price discrepancies.
  • Ensure requests are accurate, classified based on situation/scenario, monitor requests through completion.
  • Develop metrics for Senior Management oversight.
  • Escalate as appropriate and ensure adherence to processes in place to handle exceptions.
  • Manage Price Exception case load within SalesForce (field-based dispute) and Price Dispute case load via SAP (customer dispute).
  • Support overflow work for all Pricing Resolution Team members.
  • Support open order releases for the DePuy franchises.
  • Manage shared inbox according to business unit alignment.

  • Experience with field sales teams, internal and external customers, and their contracting/pricing needs is helpful.
  • Experience in SAP preferred.
  • Comfort working onsite and remotely with multiple lines of business
