Senior Case Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based case management and individualized support to people in the community under various supervision orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective case management for adults subject to community orders, focusing on safety, risk assessment, and rehabilitation.
  • Maintain high standards of assessment to support effective supervision, operating in accordance with assessed risk and need.
  • Facilitate reintegration and improve rehabilitation outcomes for individuals under community-based orders.
  • Culturally informed practices are essential, and collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organizations is crucial to address Indigenous over-representation in the criminal justice system.
Qualifications and Other Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license (minimum C class Australian license) is mandatory due to travel requirements across various locations.
  • Working hours may extend beyond normal working hours, and temporary relocation or work-from-anywhere arrangements may be necessary.
  • Employment on a permanent or temporary basis requires completion of Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community).
