Sr. Pricing Analyst

Key to unlocking successful business growth lies in a deep understanding of pricing dynamics and data-driven insights. We seek an experienced professional to join our team as a Sr. Pricing Analyst Contractor, working closely with large-scale data and pricing analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and recommend product pricing strategies, taking into account individual brand positioning, customer value perception, and competitive market environment while maximizing gross profit.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast the impact of price changes on product mix, revenue, and gross margin.
  • Gather and analyze competitive and internal pricing data as needed.
  • Examine the effects of pricing adjustments, product updates, discounts, promotions, and other sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate project objectives, status, challenges, and results to peers within the organization.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering) is required. A master's degree is preferred.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably with expertise in analyzing prices, generating data-driven analyses, and applying concepts related to product management and shipping.
  • Able to work comfortably with extensive data sets.
  • Possess advanced quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of translating complex ideas, sophisticated analyses, and metrics into actionable strategic recommendations.
