We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy professional to manage operational, marketing, and customer support tasks related to cryptocurrency.
About the Role:
This role involves overseeing key responsibilities such as social media management, paid advertising, help desk support, software testing, market research, and general operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and scheduling posts on various platforms to engage with the community and promote our services.
- Paid Advertising: They will assist with booking and optimizing digital ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, and crypto networks.
- Help Desk Support: Providing professional customer support via email, chat, and social media channels is crucial for this position.
- Software Testing: Participating in user testing, reporting bugs, and suggesting improvements for platform updates is essential.
- Market Research: Keeping updated on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes is vital for the success of this role.
- General Operations: Supporting administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
- Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
