Job Overview:

As a strategic leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day operations of our investment function. The investments business is embarking on a multi-year transformation journey to drive digitization, automation, and increase straight-through processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage key relationships with stakeholders across global functions.
  • Ensure timely escalation and quick resolution of operational service issues through effective issue management.
  • Integrate work across teams to deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Contribute to developing procedures and policies that ensure efficient execution by subordinate teams.
  • Leverage expertise in investment products, operational excellence practices, and the transaction/customer lifecycle to develop the capabilities of the service team.
  • Support and deliver key transformation strategies, including strategic reviews of existing processes and submission of business cases for prioritization in the change agenda.
  • Establish credibility and build professional relationships with business partners and customers.
Requirements:
  • Relevant undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Investment Operations and/or Wealth Management.
  • Strong market knowledge, including regulatory changes affecting the Investment Operations Industry globally.
  • Sound operations management acumen with a solid understanding of the business environment through practical experience.
  • Strong people management experience (5+ years) to lead, manage, and develop professional staff.
