Leadership in Investment Operations

The ideal candidate will oversee investment operations, collaborating closely with global leaders to manage day-to-day processing and business transformation. This role requires a highly visible leader who can drive change through strategic relationships, thought leadership, and exceptional knowledge of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage business relationships with a proven track record of managing global relationships.
  • Responsible for escalating and resolving operational issues promptly.
  • Ensure work is integrated across teams and meets service standards while exceeding quality expectations.
  • Contribute to developing overall procedures and policies, ensuring they are executed as intended by subordinate managers.
  • Enhance the service capability by leveraging expertise in investment products, operational excellence, and the customer lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Investment Operations and/or Wealth Management.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Trade and Cash Management processes and SWIFT Standards.
  • Deep market knowledge including regulatory changes affecting Investment Operations globally.
  • Commitment to client service and problem resolution.
  • Sound operations management acumen with practical experience of the business environment.
