Senior Investment Operations Leader

This role requires a highly visible executive who can drive business outcomes through strategic relationships, thought leadership and exceptional industry knowledge.

  • Manage the day-to-day operational relationship management and oversight of services with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Responsible for the escalation and quick resolution of any service issues.
  • Ensure that work is integrated across departments and that the output meets quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational processing experience, including a focus on efficiency and risk mitigation. A collaborative leader who can create and communicate a vision and engage individuals to work towards objectives.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Investment Operations and/or Wealth Management.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end Trade and Cash Management processes and SWIFT Standards, Onboarding and Static Maintenance, Asset Servicing (Corporate Actions), Reconciliation, Investment Accounting, Client Reporting, Data and Performance.
  • Strong market knowledge including regulatory changes affecting the Investment Operations Industry globally.
