The Investment Operations leader is responsible for working closely with global functional leaders to support day-to-day processing and transformation.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Investment Operations team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, including experience in efficiency and risk mitigation.

This role requires a highly visible leader who can drive change through relationships, thought leadership, and exceptional business knowledge. The successful candidate will be able to get things done, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate a clear vision to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage business relationship management and oversight of services.
  • Escalate and resolve operational service issues promptly.
  • Ensure integrated work across teams and meet service level standards.
  • Contribute to overall procedures and policies development and execution.
  • Develop capability of the service through leveraging expertise in investment products and operational excellence practices.
  • Support and deliver on key transformation strategies, prioritizing timely execution.
  • Establish credibility and build professional relationships with business partners and customers.
  • Manage business relationships, act as a business partner for service recipients, and enable feedback channels.
  • Refresh service level standards to align with business requirements and manage achievement of KPIs.
  • Manage and mitigate operational risk, ensure timely issue resolution, and validate accuracy of risk assessments.
