The Director, Investment Operations role is a key leadership position overseeing day-to-day investment processing and transformation.

This leader will work closely with global functional leaders to support operational efficiency and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily business relationship management and oversee services with a proven track record of managing cross-functional relationships.
  • Evaluate and resolve operational service issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure integrated work across teams and maintain service level standards and quality standards.
  • Contribute to overall procedures and policies, ensuring subordinate teams execute them as intended.
  • Develop team capabilities by leveraging expertise in investment products, operational excellence practices, and transaction/customer lifecycle.
  • Support and deliver on key transformation strategies, including process reviews and business case submissions.
  • Establish credibility and build professional relationships with business partners and customers.
  • Ensure customer-centered outcomes by managing business relationships, acting as a business partner, and enabling feedback channels.
  • Refresh service level standards to align with business requirements and manage KPIs within Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage operational risk, escalating issues timely and achieving effective resolution.
  • Validate operational risk heat maps and other risk assessments, closing audit points effectively.
  • Deliver KPI and KRI reporting, business dashboards, and metrics as required.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and best practice sharing across teams.
  • Evolve the service delivery model toward a scalable, strategic global business shared service.
  • Develop capability and functional expertise through training, coaching, talent management, succession planning, and mobility support.
