Property Valuation Analyst Position

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Property Valuation Analyst to support our clients in their investment decisions. This role involves financial modeling, market research, and preparing detailed reports.

  1. Conduct thorough research on real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the information, consult with industry experts, and write an in-depth analysis explaining and supporting findings.
  2. Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments, to identify trends and opportunities.
  3. Develop complex financial models to assess property performance and returns, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  4. Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals to provide valuable insights.
  5. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership and clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  6. Assist with due diligence, reviewing contracts and financial documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements:

  1. Previous work experience as a Real Estate Analyst or similar roles is required.
  2. A degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate is necessary.
  3. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in financial modeling preferred.
  4. Independent thinking and analytical experience are essential.
  5. Familiarity with file management software and internet searching skills is necessary.
  6. Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics, such as cap rates, NOI, and IRR, is required.
  7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial.
  8. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
