We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Investment Specialist to join our team. As a detail-oriented and analytical individual, you will work closely with our clients to support their investment decisions.

Job Description

The role involves financial modeling, market research, and preparing reports to analyze real estate investments and assess property performance. You will be responsible for researching market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals, and preparing reports and presentations for leadership and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Real Estate or related fields.
  • Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; financial modeling experience preferred.
  • Analytical experience that allows one to think independently.
  • Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and skills in internet searching.
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal (a must).
