Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team of accountants in delivering exceptional accounting and tax services to small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Australia.

  • This role involves managing a portfolio of Australian SME clients, providing high-quality accounting and tax services.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on behalf of clients.
  • Responsibilities include preparing and submitting Business Activity Statements (BAS) and tax returns, supervising remote bookkeeping clients, and advising on accounting and taxation matters.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for hiring, training, and nurturing a team of ambitious accountants.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of team management, including hiring, training, and nurturing a team of accountants.
  • Excellent command of client communication and delivery organization is required.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills are necessary for success in this role.
