Roles and Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. As an essential member, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with suppliers, sales, and administrative staff.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Entering and auditing supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.
    • Ensuring that all payments are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Communicating with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
    • Maintaining accurate records of supplier master files and filing systems.
    • Reviewing credit card/expense statements for accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred but not required.
  • At least one year of accounts experience preferably in Accounts Payable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint and WebConnect.
  • Familiarity with online banking software is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
