About the Job

This is a Senior Application Support Engineer role where you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Autosys and FeedHub, supporting enterprise-wide batch operations.

You will manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Autosys/FeedHub jobs on Unix and Windows servers. Additionally, you will automate batch processes using shell scripting, PowerShell, and job dependencies.

Other responsibilities include handling incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning of job flows. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new feeds, optimize schedules, and improve resilience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Support Engineer.
  • Expertise in Autosys and FeedHub.
  • Experience working with Unix and Windows servers.
