Key Responsibilities
Support to Top Management Analyzes and presents financial reports and findings to top management to support decision-making and achievement of financial objectives Assists top management in the execution of business and financial plans and in evaluating investment opportunities or special projects and makes recommendations Advises top management on existing and evolving operating and financial issues Advocates sound financial and business decision-making Finance Operations Financial Analysis and Budgeting/Forecasting Oversees Accounting functions, conducts financial analysis, prepares reports and presents findings to senior management Assist in developing and monitoring budgets and preparing financial forecasts Enables senior management to make sound and timely decisions by providing timely and accurate financial reports and cost and budget analysis Analyzes and prepares reports on financial results to the Board of Directors Compliance, Internal Controls and Audit Support Ensures that the company complies with audit, accounting and regulatory standards and requirements Maintains and improves internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data Coordinates and supports internal and external audit processes Credit and Collection Oversees credit and collection, develops and implements policies, strategies and action plans to ensure the achievement of collection targets. Provides regular update to Management on accounts receivables (AR), collection performance and the rate of collection Explores and develops new collection channels including maximizing the available services of free
