Are you passionate about delivering top-notch technical support and enhancing the overall user experience? We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to join our global team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and driving enterprise system improvements.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing timely and effective resolution of customers' computer and application issues, acting as the first point of contact for technical support. You will also manage the IT ticket queue efficiently, ensure all issues are documented, tracked, and resolved within established SLAs. Additionally, you will administer the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including workstation configuration, hardware provisioning, and system access.
