
Real Estate Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our properties. This role involves providing administrative support, handling incoming calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors
- Manage property maintenance schedules and coordinate with contractors
- Process rent payments and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
