Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical instincts, and a natural aptitude for technology. They will work closely with assigned clients to understand their markets, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategic pricing adjustments that drive measurable results.

This role will be instrumental in optimizing revenue performance for some of the biggest vacation rental management companies in the United States.

The Revenue Analyst will manage revenue optimization for assigned vacation rental management clients, conduct deep-dive market analysis, track and analyze problem properties, monitor key performance metrics, and develop expertise in assigned client markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Optimization & Client Management: Manage revenue optimization for assigned vacation rental management clients.
  • Conduct Deep-Dive Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market analysis to understand local trends, seasonality, and competitive dynamics.
  • Track & Analyze Problem Properties: Track and analyze problem properties, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Monitor Key Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance metrics including occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR across property portfolios.
  • Develop Expertise: Develop expertise in assigned client markets to provide strategic recommendations.
Management & Implementation
  • Execute Pricing Strategy Adjustments: Execute pricing strategy adjustments and rule modifications within Pricelabs platform.
  • Analyze Pricing Performance: Analyze pricing performance and market positioning for individual properties and portfolios.
  • Implement Dynamic Pricing Strategies: Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions, events, and seasonal trends.
  • Collaborate With Clients: Collaborate with clients to understand their revenue goals and translate them into Pricelabs configurations.
  • Monitor And Optimize Automated Pricing Rules: Monitor and optimize automated pricing rules to maximize revenue performance.
Analysis & Reporting
  • Generate Detailed Performance Reports: Generate detailed performance reports and insights for client portfolios.
  • Identify Revenue Growth Opportunities: Identify revenue growth opportunities through data analysis and market research.
  • Track Property-Level And Portfolio-Level KPIs: Track property-level and portfolio-level KPIs to measure success of pricing strategies.
  • Create Actionable Recommendations: Create actionable recommendations based on performance data and market trends.
  • Present Findings And Strategic Recommendations: Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • 1-3 Years Of Experience With Pricelabs Platform: 1-3 years of experience with Pricelabs platform (essential).
  • Background In Vacation Rental Industry: Background in vacation rental, hospitality, or property management industry preferred.
  • Experience Managing Revenue: Experience managing revenue for many properties simultaneously.
  • Startup Experience: Startup experience and comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments.
