Job Overview
As a seasoned finance leader, you will spearhead the finance function and drive strategic initiatives to propel revenue growth. You will be responsible for leading monthly close and cash forecasting processes, delivering actionable insights, and optimizing financial systems to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate financial reports on a timely basis with zero material errors and full reconciliation of key accounts.
  • Maintain and optimize cash flow strategy through regular forecasts and route eligible payments for optimal float strategies.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting across departments, monitoring and maintaining variance between forecasts and actuals.
  • Build scalable financial systems and operational workflows by documenting core finance processes and implementing streamlined systems for expense approvals, reimbursements, and travel booking.
  • Drive profit optimization across departments through EBITDA analysis and partner with leaders to implement impactful initiatives.

Key Competencies and Qualifications

  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and ensure all financial data and reporting is accurate and reliable.
  • Maintain deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and audit standards for compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and implement scalable financial systems.
  • Leverage advanced tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel to optimize financial management and reporting processes.
  • Inspire, mentor, and lead teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA strongly preferred) along with 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience and leadership roles are required. Experience in multi-channel eCommerce or retail is preferred.
