Job Title:

Customer Service Associate

This role is responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery. The Customer Service Associate will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries, complaints, and issues related to products and services.

  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus, but not necessary.
