Global Mobility Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Mobility Specialist. The role will involve providing strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery, monitoring and controlling Remote products and services for immigration compliance, establishing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, developing in-house immigration services to improve revenue, efficiency and customer satisfaction, analyzing, preparing and submitting visa/work permit applications, maintaining up-to-date immigration law knowledge and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.

About the Role

The Mobility team ensures employees transition smoothly across borders, adheres to local laws, and provides immigration and relocation assistance. They improve compliance for remote work and business travel and collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless relocation logistics.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Providing legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery
  • Monitoring and controlling Remote products and services for immigration compliance
  • Establishing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Developing in-house immigration services to improve revenue, efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing, preparing and submitting visa/work permit applications
  • Maintaining up-to-date immigration law knowledge and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance
Skill Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility or similar roles with a focus on immigration. Key skills include:

  • Comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Composure and efficiency under pressure during peak workloads
  • Strong customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills across diverse client bases
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
