Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee our educational projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for launching new initiatives, managing tutors, planning and analyzing program efficacy, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.

  • You will actively support Regional Operations by providing outstanding academic services to students and their families.
  • You will operate efficiently in a virtual environment, maintaining the highest standards of people, financial, and academic operations.
  • You will ensure the delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners, meeting operational excellence standards.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Liaise with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
  • Monitor all students' academic progress and help ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Dedicate time to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in both virtual environments.
  • Able to adapt to changes in work environment by changing behaviors as required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth experience.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
