Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can perform various administrative tasks efficiently and effectively to support clients and teams.

The ideal candidate has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, can produce quality research, and present information in a comprehensive format. They will oversee communication between clients and departments, coordinate workflows, manage data processes, and ensure client satisfaction.

This role requires resourcefulness, initiative, and flexibility due to the fast-paced nature of admissions. You will handle individual student cases, college admissions-related tasks, and requests made by clients.

Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: The primary point of contact for clients, ensuring correct, timely, and effective delivery of all communications.
  • Research: Conduct high-level research under guidance to support client needs.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, update, and maintain comprehensive client information to facilitate personalized services.
  • Administration and Logistics: Coordinate daily activities in collaboration with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or related fields.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing strategic solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing productivity software, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other collaborative platforms.
