    • Verifying patient insurance coverage, benefits, and pre-authorizations for treatments is crucial.
    • Assisting patients with understanding their financial obligations.
    • Working with billing departments ensures accurate and timely processing of insurance claims and patient payments.
    Requirements:
    • A graduate degree in healthcare or dentistry is preferred.
    • At least one year of experience in dental or healthcare settings.
    • Knowledge of dental procedures and ability to educate patients on these procedures.
    • Familiarity with dental practice management software and EHR systems.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong customer service and critical thinking skills.
