Job SummaryThe Treasury Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of Bank Reconciliation, Cash Accounting, Security Administration, and Treasury Compliance & Control functions supporting North America Treasury Operations. The role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate service delivery, while also safeguarding the integrity of the organization's treasury operations through strong compliance oversight and control governance. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep and comprehensive background in compliance and risk management.

Candidates must have extensive experience in internal and external regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and the implementation of strong financial controls. The Treasury Manager will drive day-to-day execution, promote process excellence, and lead initiatives that enhance automation, compliance readiness, and operational resilience. Key Responsibilities:Operations & Service DeliveryLead daily operations of Bank Reconciliation, Cash Accounting, Security Admin, and Treasury Compliance teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls.

Ensure all deliverables meet agreed service levels and compliance standards, including regulatory reporting obligations for U.S. and Canadian entities. Proactively identify control gaps or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions or automation solutions. Champion continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and promoting adoption of low-code technologies.

Monitor operational KPIs and KRIs, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved in a timely and effective manner. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external audits; ensure timely closure of audit findings and implementation of risk mitigation actions. Support root cause analysis, incident management, and governance reporting for key Treasury processes.

Compliance & Control OversightSupport NA Treasury Operations in the implementation of an end-to-end compliance framework across Treasury operations, including monitoring of evolving regulatory requirements and ensuring operational readiness. Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Audit functions to manage regulatory exams, reviews, and inquiries. Maintain and enforce Treasury's internal controls, policy adherence, and risk documentation standards.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and control-related reporting, heat maps, risk assessments, and related dashboards. People LeadershipLead and develop a high-performing team of professionals across multiple functions and shifts. Provide coaching, feedback, and career development support through regular check-ins and performance reviews.

Manage hiring, staffing, and resource planning to support current and future business needs. Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, learning, and service excellence. Strategic InitiativesPartner with senior leaders on transformation efforts, including process simplification, controls enhancement, and shared service optimization.

Act as project sponsor or SME for streamlining initiatives and participate in cross-functional working groups as needed. Promote best practice sharing across Treasury teams and support knowledge transfer initiatives. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA or CTP designation preferred.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Treasury Operations, Financial Controls, or Regulatory Compliance, with a focus on compliance and risk management, including people leadership. Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian regulatory requirements related to Treasury activities. Proven ability to lead BAU operations while maintaining a risk and control mindset, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Demonstrated experience managing audits, resolving control issues, and implementing sustainable process improvements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel; VBA and experience in automation tools (Alteryx, Power BI, etc.) an advantage. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global stakeholders. Willingness to work night shift (U.S. hours); flexibility to support critical deliverables beyond business hours when required.
