JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

I. Responsible for the day to day operations covering all disbursement operations within Treasury not limited to the following:

  • Review previous day's disbursement summary making sure that all disbursements are propeller funded and aid on time.
  • Assign depositing banks for on date collections.
  • Review daily emails on:
  • Bank balances
  • Denounced checks
  • Debit of final duties
  • Other bank transactions
  • Responsible for encoding, posting and printing all transactions in the RS.
  • Determine the need for fund transfers or placement s based on daily bank balances printed in RS.
  • Counter checks that all on-date and post dated checks deposited tallies with the RS report generated.
  • Responsible for generating all collection and disbursement reports for Chairman/ Vice Chairman and Directors.
  • Responsible for the review and signing the following:
  • Disbursement Checks
  • Fund transfers
  • Authority to debit
  • Responsible for the following:
  • Petty cash replenish reports.
  • Accurate preparation of Letters of credit and Telegraphic transfers.
  • Uploading of Managers Checks and Sellers ' Subsidies.
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Filling of Reports to the Banks.
  • Responsible for review and signing of the following:
  • BIR payments
  • all forms of Disbursements.
  • Authorized to receive the following from banks:
  • Bounced Checks
  • Managers Checks
  • Bank statements and checkbooks

II. Handle the Supervision and guidance of all Treasury assistants.

III. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Treasury,Property/Real Estate Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Must possess competitive communication skills, presentable, with good work ethics, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Well versed in all areas of Treasury operations not limited to funds management and disbursements / payable.
  • Preferable with SAP experience.
