Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Management:

    Monitor daily cash balances and ensure all assigned bank accounts are adequately funded to support operational requirements.
  • Bank Reconciliation:

    Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of multiple bank accounts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring completeness of transactions.
  • Funds Movement & Forecasting:

    Coordinate fund transfers and support cash flow forecasting to anticipate funding needs and avoid liquidity gaps.
  • Documentation & Compliance:

    Maintain documentation of treasury activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Coordination with Stakeholders:

    Liaise with internal departments and banking partners for transaction validation, issue resolution, and process alignment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Banking.
  • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, funds transfer processes, and internal controls.
  • High degree of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and banking platforms.
  • Experience in ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
