Job Title: Health & Wellness Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Health and Wellness Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to customers, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • Perform high-volume outbound sales calls to engage with customers and identify their needs or issues.
  • Leverage your expertise in health or medical fields to educate customers, build trust, and communicate the benefits and value of our products.
  • Clarify information and provide recommendations and solutions to customers via telephone calls.
  • Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance our image and public perception.
  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
  • Place outbound calls to promote new products and services.
  • Complete call notes and reports as necessary and update them in our database.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2C sales, including managing outbound and cold call functions.
  • Medical or healthcare industry experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage effectively in this position.
  • Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with active listening.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Strong problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
