Procurement Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our procurement operations and drive cost-effective sourcing solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement management, vendor relationships, and supply chain optimization to deliver exceptional value and operational excellence.

This is a challenging opportunity for an accomplished procurement expert who can effectively manage all commercial contracts, cost and claim negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations with our manufacturing partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the relationship between the company and assigned suppliers, driving regular and ad-hoc tasks with suppliers, and ensuring satisfactory objectives are achieved before deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, communicate, and drive regular and/or ad-hoc internal meetings and discussions with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Engineering, Project, and Technical teams.
  • Review, respond, and resolve any inquiries and tasks from both internal or external stakeholders in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Provide strategic advice to the management team to make informed business and operational decisions.
  • Guide junior members of the team.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business or Engineering with at least 10 years of procurement experience.
  • Strong commercial background and experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Experience dealing with EMS or CM vendors.
  • Profound understanding and experience of global procurement & legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable in planning and project management.
  • Strong business acumen and data analytics skills.
