Product Development Innovator

We are seeking a talented Product Development Innovator to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for developing innovative cosmetic formulas that meet consumer needs and exceed market expectations.

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end development of cosmetic formulas from concept to commercialization ensuring they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring innovative products to life.\
  • Ensure product claims are substantiated and aligned with local regulations.\
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines with agility and precision.\
  • Support testing, documentation, and commercialization processes.\
  • Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.\
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.\
  • 3-5 years of experience in cosmetic product development.\
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, formulation chemistry, and manufacturing processes.\
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.\
  • Ability to identify and develop compelling product claims and messaging.\
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\
