Bilingual Support Specialist

This position requires an experienced executive assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, emails, and documents for the executive.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and task lists.
- Digitize hard-copy documents and set up a document management system.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal staff and external clients.
- Maintain digital filing systems for quick access to information.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).
- Proven experience managing calendars, emails, and documents for senior executives.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Comfortable and professional handling phone communications.
- Working Conditions:
- Remote position.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system.
