
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide outstanding support to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat services, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Listens to customer needs, understands the issue, and resolves it promptly
- Researches systems to find missing information and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues
- Follows established processes and procedures to complete tasks in a courteous and professional manner
- Utilizes technology and systems to complete tasks efficiently
- Follows all required scripts, policies, and procedures
- Utilizes knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer requests
- Complies with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal data
- Escalates customer concerns to managerial team as needed
- Ensures first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- 6 months experience in voice, email, and chat support in a call center environment
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with computer applications and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Basics knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words per minute with 95% accuracy)
- Grammar Assessment passing score > 85%
- Excellent comprehension skills score > 90%
- Knowledge of CRM platforms advantageous
- Able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers
- Highly reliable with ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
