Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement customer-specific plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  2. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Budget management and reconciliation to ensure efficient financial operations.
  4. Lead field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growth.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure successful new store openings and point-of-purchase excellence.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations management or account management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
