
Professional Customer Retention Specialist

The role of a Customer Success Manager is crucial in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of customers.
This position requires an individual with exceptional problem-solving, multi-tasking, and project management skills to effectively support the sales team and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, timely, and accurate in their administrative support, enabling the sales team to focus on their core responsibilities.
">Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and professional support to the sales team and wider business, undertaking a wide variety of administrative, support, and coordination functions working with both internal and external parties.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
- Attend relevant meetings, record meeting notes, documenting key takeaways and action items.
- Create and maintain records in CRM/ERP, and ensuring all data is up-to-date, organized and accessible.
- Develop and prepare correspondence, documents, reports and present in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
They must possess exceptional project management and time management skills across multiple calendars in a project support or coordination capacity.
Strong technical competency, proficiency in Microsoft O365, including SharePoint, is essential.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and work as part of a team or autonomously is required.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for developing and maintaining professional and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy are also required.
Lastly, strong written and verbal communication skills, a self-starting attitude, positivity, enthusiasm, and drive to succeed are highly valued.
