Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team in the US. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with exceptional service and expertise.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate daily activities of healthcare workers, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and optimal client satisfaction.
  • Screen and hire caregivers who meet our high standards for quality and reliability.
  • Develop strong interpersonal relationships with field staff, promote our employer's brand, and ensure retention of top talent.
  • Staff client shifts by matching the best caregiver with each client, based on their unique needs and preferences.
  • Take initiative to build strong rapport and relationships with US-based team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
  • Manage the service delivery platform to meet our company's standards for excellence and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone calls, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Prepare daily and weekly staffing reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Support payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
  • Offer HR support to healthcare workers, providing guidance and resources to enhance their job performance and overall well-being.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Customer Service role, demonstrating a proven track record of success and growth.
  • Flair communication skills in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Expert-level computer experience with documents, sheets, and web applications, including proficiency in software and tools relevant to the role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable, and multi-tasker, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • A self-starter with superior time management skills, able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide prompt and courteous service to clients via phone, email, or other channels.
