About the Role
This role involves
  1. Social Media Management: Creating and scheduling posts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram to engage community and promote our platform.
  2. Paid Advertising: Assisting with booking and optimizing digital ads on platforms like Google, Facebook and crypto networks.
  3. Help Desk Support: Providing professional customer support via email, chat and social media channels.
  4. Software Testing: Participating in user testing, reporting bugs and suggesting improvements for platform updates.
  5. Market Research: Keeping updated on crypto trends, competitors and regulatory changes.
  6. General Operations: Supporting administrative tasks, data entry and process documentation.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Marketing, IT or Business. They should have at least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading or DeFi preferred. Excellent written English skills are required for customer communication and social media. Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads is also necessary. Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling and troubleshooting basic tech issues is expected. The candidate should be able to work independently and have problem-solving skills.
