Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Digital Content Manager to join our team at Parameta Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technology solutions and Lean methodologies that equip sales teams with the tools and analytics needed to effectively sell, close deals, and accelerate the sales cycle.

Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group, providing clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmarking, and indices. Our post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control counterparty and regulatory risks through tools that manage balance-sheet exposure and compression services.
Job Description
This role requires a strong understanding of sales enablement technologies, including CRM platforms, content management systems, analytics tools, automation platforms, forecasting solutions, and conversation intelligence tools. You will also need experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) to drive operational efficiencies, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance sales workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Data analysis: Utilizing data analytics to track key sales metrics, identify trends, and measure effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
- Process optimization: Leveraging Lean Methodologies to design and implement workflows within sales tools, streamlining processes like lead qualification, opportunity management, proposal generation, and approval processes.
- Sales technology support: Implementing and utilizing sales technology tools, creating training guides, videos, e-learning, and in-person training to enhance adoption and usage.
- Technical training: Providing technical training to sales teams on how to effectively use sales enablement tools and access relevant content.
- Strategic execution: Designing processes to help sales teams execute their strategies while gathering feedback to identify training needs and improve content.
- Sales enablement programs: Deploying sales enablement programs and measuring results through robust analytics linking learning initiatives with business outcomes.
- Project management: Managing project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and quality in deliverables.
