Role Overview

The Sales Enablement Digital Content Manager's primary function is to assist the sales team in effectively selling our products by designing and executing sales enablement programs. This involves leveraging instructional design, digital content management, and developing cutting-edge learning solutions.

The manager oversees the end-to-end design, development, and execution of digital learning materials, ensuring that the sales team has the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.

  • Sales Training Development: Assist in creating and implementing training modules for new hires and ongoing professional development for existing sales reps.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Partner with subject matter experts to craft sales materials such as SharePoint web design, presentations, battle cards, product sheets, case studies, and sales guides.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to align sales messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Technology Adoption: Support the implementation and usage of sales technology tools, including the creation of training guides, videos, e-learning, and in-person training.
  • Feedback Collection and Analysis: Design processes to help sales teams execute their strategies while gathering feedback to identify training needs and improve content.
  • Program Deployment: Deploy sales enablement programs and measure results through robust analytics linking learning initiatives with business outcomes.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and quality in content delivery.
