About the Role:
The Digital Content Specialist is a critical member of the Sales Performance Team, responsible for creating high-quality content to support the sales organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and refining learning content to support the Data Services 3C Selling and 3C Coaching programs.
- Capturing success stories from all brands to showcase sales behaviors in action.
- Producing impactful 3C-focused materials for sales, including case studies, examples of sales tools, and video testimonies.
- Providing support and training to users on sales enablement tools such as Gong.
- Analyzing usage data and conducting impact analysis to ensure sales enablement systems deliver ROI.
